Stand Storage:
TheiDeal Displays Premium exhibition service includes our storing your stand equipment at our premises, where all of the components are insured for your peace of mind. This also reduces overall costs for transportation.
Furniture & AV
Equipment Storage: Many of our clients not only have an exhibition stand, pop-up or roller banners but also AV equipment, Monitors, large screens, screen stands & Furniture
Stand Pre-build & Maintenance:
In addition to storing your stand, with a list of upcoming events our teams manage a weekly schedule of events and prior to taking an exhibition stand to a Venue the stand is set up at our premises and checked to ensure all components are in working order
and assess the graphics for wear & tear. Where bulbs have failed, these are
replaced and hardware systems repaired as required.
Inventory Management
Many of our clients not only have an exhibition stand, pop-up or roller banners but also a wealth of promotional collateral and “giveaways”, iDeal Displays will manage all of this inventory on your behalf and provide you with a stock take of stored components twice a year as standard.
Enhanced Stand Installation:
Our Enhanced Stand installation services basically take care of everything, set up of your Stand at the venue, set up all AV Equipment, put out literature and set out furniture as required.
