BASIC EXHIBITION SERVICES
Stand Installation
iDeal Displays will arrange for collection of your stand components and transportation to the event Venue, where a member of the iDeal Displays Team will erect your stand, fit the graphics, attach the lights and set up counters and literature racks ensuring that all components are ready for your sales team to simply walk up and set out their literature and AV Equipment all prior to the event opening.All packaging will either be taken away or placed neatly out of site.
Stand Breakdown
A member of the iDeal Displays team will be at the venue 15-30minutes prior to the scheduled close or breakdown time, ensuring that as soon as possible your stand can be carefully dismantled and packed away. Once the stand is all packed away the stand will be transported back to our premises where arrangements are made for your standcomponents to be returned to you.
PREMIUM EXHIBITION SERVICES
Includes our Basic Stand Installation & Breakdown service plus;
and assess the graphics for wear & tear. Where bulbs have failed, these are
replaced and hardware systems repaired as required.
Stand Storage:
TheiDeal Displays Premium exhibition service includes our storing your stand equipment at our premises, where all of the components are insured for your peace of mind. This also reduces overall costs for transportation.Furniture & AV
Equipment Storage: Many of our clients not only have an exhibition stand, pop-up or roller banners but also AV equipment, Monitors, large screens, screen stands & FurnitureStand Pre-build & Maintenance:
In addition to storing your stand, with a list of upcoming events our teams manage a weekly schedule of events and prior to taking an exhibition stand to a Venue the stand is set up at our premises and checked to ensure all components are in working orderand assess the graphics for wear & tear. Where bulbs have failed, these are
replaced and hardware systems repaired as required.
Inventory Management
Many of our clients not only have an exhibition stand, pop-up or roller banners but also a wealth of promotional collateral and “giveaways”, iDeal Displays will manage all of this inventory on your behalf and provide you with a stock take of stored components twice a year as standard.Enhanced Stand Installation:
Our Enhanced Stand installation services basically take care of everything, set up of your Stand at the venue, set up all AV Equipment, put out literature and set out furniture as required.
